A website is a collection of pages served from a specific address. Somebody built it, chose what goes on it, and decided what you see first. None of it arrived by accident.

The easy mistake

Careful here. Somebody made this, on purpose, for a reason. That single sentence is the root of media literacy and it is far easier to plant at five as a fact about places than at fifteen as a warning.
